With over 10 years of clinical experience and specialized training in clinical supervision, I bring both depth of expertise and genuine passion for developing emerging therapists. As a doctoral candidate researching narrative therapy at Yorkville University and a Registered Psychotherapist maintaining an active clinical practice, I understand the challenges you face because I navigate them daily. I work with supervisees using the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision that incorporates all the key features of a supervision conversation, from client presentation to reflection on the supervisor-supervisee relationship to the context and systems impacting these relationships.—all delivered through a developmental, collaborative model that honours your unique clinical voice.
Together, we'll strengthen your therapeutic presence, deepen your case conceptualization skills, cultivate ethical reflexivity, and prepare you for confident autonomous practice. Using session recordings, live observation, case presentations, and skill rehearsal tailored to your developmental needs, our work will build competence that translates directly into more effective client care. Evaluation happens transparently through collaboratively established goals aligned with CRPO standards, using ongoing formative feedback that supports your growth. You'll receive clear documentation of your progress, identified strengths, and growth areas.
Confidentiality within supervision follows professional and legal standards—I may consult my own supervisor or peer group with limited identifying information, and standard limits apply. Your supervision records may be reviewed by credentialing bodies or academic programs as required.
My practice adheres to the CRPO Code of Ethics and CCPA guidelines, emphasizing professional boundaries, cultural humility, and ongoing competency development through doctoral research, professional conferences, peer consultation, and engagement with current supervision literature.
With continued commitment to excellence in both clinical work and supervision practice, you can feel confident you're in experienced, capable hands.
My supervision rates: $175.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not taking applications from master's practicum students at this time.
My apologies.
