Through deep, reflective listening and thoughtful questions, my hope is that during our time together you will discover a new and beneficial perspective about what's troubling you.
My clients tell me I'm easy to talk to, respectful, caring, and that I provide a safe and non-judgemental space in which to explore their inner world. I offer understanding, empathy, non-judgment, practical tools and support.
I know it's hard to reach out but it's worth the risk.
Together we can make things better.
Therapy can help
"The person is not the problem; The problem is the problem."

As of November 1st, I will be changing office locations to the medical building in the Baylock Plaza at 16700 Bayview Ave. Unit 213 (South West corner of Bayview and Mulock). There will be plenty of parking! There may be schedule interruptions at that time in order to accommodate the move, but I will keep you posted.
Also, as of January 1st, 2020, my rates will increase to $130 per session to accommodate the HST.
If you have any questions or concerns about these new developments please don't hesitate to contact me.
