As a post-modern psychotherapist, I work from a narrative therapy perspective where I help you write 'the other side' of your problem story. Using narrative questions and curiosity, my hope is to help you shift your focus and see new possibilities and new perspectives.
In addition to working through a narrative lens, I appreciate that our experiences are made up of thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. For that reason, I also weave cognitive and behavioural theory as well as attachment theory into our sessions.
Contact me for strength-based therapy and counselling in Newmarket, Aurora, Bradford, Keswick and surrounding areas.
This is me saying hello and explaining a little bit about what happens in the counselling room. My cockatiel, Mango, also has some things to say.
